AmerisourceBergen’s ICS services the Contract Management and Chargeback requirements for an undisclosed number of Life science customers using BPI solutions…. replacing iMany.
Dallas, Texas – January 25, 2010 – An undisclosed number of Life science companies requiring outsource services covering their Contract Management and Chargeback needs using BPI solutions is working with AmerisourceBergen’s ICS group as their valued outsource provider. Previously, ICS had used iMany as their outsource solution provider, but due to iMany’s outdated architecture, the iMany solution proved to be a poor financial and technical fit for the ICS service. ICS chose BPI to replace iMany due to BPI’s proven proprietary “layered technology” providing ICS’s customers with the benefits of multi-tenancy, high configurability, and power processing ICS’ Vice President of Finance, Steve McKinnon, stated “BPI enhances our ability to manage and reconcile a vast number of chargebacks and other critical business transactions for our contracts customers”.
